I see a game in my wallet, got a steam key, activated it (it was something line "Con 2013"), but i dont see a game in the list in Steam.

There is no support thread, you should report the issue here http://indiegamestand.uservoice.com/

Hi pysiu,

Thanks for fast answer.

Hello,

Hmm, maybe try a different browser? It worked when i just tested it on my computer (the "contact support" button).
Or just let me know what's your mail, i can report a ticket for you from my pc.

By the way, have you tried restarting the Steam client? Had a similar issue once, restart did the trick.

Yep, just cleaned Steam cache, rebooted Steam and rebooted laptop - still nothing.
Ok, thanks for info - i'll try another browser for contacting support.

Yep, it opened in Firefox (issues was with Chrome).

Well, great:
My Desura/Steam/GOG Key Does not work - How do I fix this?
IndieGameStand's platform supports the upload of game keys on Steam, Desura, and GOG. Developers request these keys from these other distribution platforms and upload them to our service, but we cannot replace or request additional keys for them and have no way to verify if the key has already been used or not.

If your key does not work, you should contact the developer directly so that they can get you a new one.

No problem, i`m sure it will get sorted out (usually the IGS support response is pretty fast).

On a side note, you can check anything you ever activated on Steam via the "Account details" in Steam.

It might be correct, i cannot even open this game page on Steam any longer : http://store.steampowered.com/app/25939/ , while DLC opens : http://store.steampowered.com/app/42820/

Something is wrong with the game build on steam imho - most likely you will need to speak with the Dev after all.

UPDATE 2
Actually found a working link : http://store.steampowered.com/app/25930/ , maybe it's just some steam mismatch/temp issue....

Have you tried opening http://store.steampowered.com/app/25930/ and clicking "play"? Might be a workaround.

It is said, I dont have http://store.steampowered.com/app/25930/
Probably, they sold me this game: http://store.steampowered.com/app/25939/ (which cant be opened).

I already sent message to devs, would see, what happens next :)

Valve can't be of any help with this sadly.
It could be there was something wrong with the upload to IGS of the key, but we can't tell from here.

There is a known bug with the Steam Library not showing games just installed. It happens to a lot
of people with keys from Humble as well eg. Whether it's new keys vs. old keys, we can't say.
Closing and re-opening Steam does the trick for most people but you may need to clean cache.

IGS might be able to help but they'll contact you directly, they do not do anything to the keys, they let the
devs/publishers upload them themselves as most stores do.

Sorry mate, though i think it is not the Indiegamestand fault (well, maybe they should do some key/game testing before featuring the game on a store :/)

On a side note:
http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/sho ... 5b3209b1f6

They provide this email address for support: support@paradoxplaza.com

I suggest trying it out if you haven't already.

Sadly there's indeed not really anything IGS can do about keys as such as they're 'only hosting an upload'.

Did the help form work for you now? If not, do try the direct IGS help mail. They're fairly active here as well,
but well, they've got a lot on their hands and it's weekend. E-mail access is generally easier for both parties.

Do let us (but more importantly if you contacted IGS; the IGS staff) know if the clearing-cache thing of Steam
worked. Steam may pretend to be a whole lot, but it's still a glorified web browser with a fluffy skin.

I suggest you re-read the topic if you are really interested ;) - he has already tried that fix - the issue is totally different than the usual steam cache problem.

Anyways, EOT from my side, imho it's the game Dev thing to fix this now; They can be contacted via the address i provided earlier, though IGS support should obviously respond to the ticket too if they got one.

All I read is 'game registered with Steam but doesn't show up in Library' which is exactly the cache issue :P

But yea, invalid key complaints go to the store where you bought. Easier to narrow down a batch and for them
to pester the supplier.
