Recettear is the story of an item shop, the girl who lives in it, and the fairy who turned her life upside down. Recette Lemongrass finds herself in charge of an item shop built into her house, in order to pay back a loan her father took and then skipped out on - and Tear, her newfound fairy "companion", won't take no for an answer!

This is one of these indies that i'd want to own a lot, but it didn't got to any bundle yet. Well... developers have unusual look for the rpg genre :)

I support! I really think these kind of games are underrated, maybe this way we can show other people how good they really are. ;)

I have this game, and it's pretty good. I haven't finished it, though.

I'd buy this in a heartbeat, and would gift it to someone too. :)

Hopefully we will someday see this game on IGS.

This game looks so cool, but there has been NO response from the developers on this game. It's frustrating because I'm not even sure if they're getting our emails. I'd rather have a No then this lack of response. If anybody has inside knowledge or a better way of contacting them - email us at info@indiegamestand.com

Maybe not the easiest way, or maybe the easiest, is to PM Andrew Dice (He is part of Carpe Fulgur that did the English localization of this japanese indie game). He is very active on their forums and his last post (of 12731) was on 11/5. He tweeted within the last 24h, I'm confident you could reach him through that account too. Andrew's tag is SpaceDrake. I'm assuming you already tried his email spacedrake@carpefulgur.com.

Anyway, surprised they haven't gotten back, maybe they are waiting to hear back from their Japanese counterpart.

I support this suggestion, however it's extremely unlikely Carpe Fulgur will want to put the game up for $1. They regretted putting Recettear in the Story pack (Steam bundle), and stated they profit enough from Steam sales. Maybe there's a possibility that they'll do it, but I doubt it.. it's a popular seller in the Steam holiday sales.
