I'm in a bit of a hurry so I'll write more about this later. But I'll just say that it's an homage to Blaster Master, and that it's a really engaging game. Gameplay switches between 2D and 3D, and involves exploring large areas to find new abilities you can use to progress.

The graphics/visuals are easily the weakest link here, but take me word that it does look better in motion than it does in the screens. They're not great, but they're not offensively bad either.

It would be ideal if the graphics were polished a little bit more. I am not a graphics whore, but screenshot #1 makes me want to throw up.

That said, the concept is incredibly interesting and I would definitely buy it.

In that case you dont need to really wait it to appear here, cause its 2$ on Desura right now.

I know what you mean. The graphics are pretty bad in some places, but in motion the game doesn't usually look offensively bad. And once you get past that, the gameplay is great, and the environments are very well designed.

I got this from the 2nd Underdog Pack. It's a fun game, but I hated how the save system was set up.. I think that's mostly why I stopped playing it. Not sure if they changed it since then.

I got it from indievania quite a while ago, which means I've never received any updates. I don't think it's been fixed, but I could be wrong. It basically forced me to stop playing at a point as well.

Just got a Desura key from the devs a while ago because it looks like they're still adding features to it, like online multiplayer. That might actually be done already, but my indievania version didn't have it... cool!

Guys, come on, reconsider this one, this game is fantastic. The graphics aren't THAT bad. The gameplay is stellar.
