Refund?

Ok, i requested refund via uservoice for [#2AS6FDWT], as it suggested on site and...nothing. So, whats next?

What is your ticket number?

No ticket number, as i think. The link to helpdesk provided in this article http://indiegamestand.uservoice.com/kno ... n-i-get-a- leads just to 404
So i used Contact support that page and submitted request from that form.

That link works for me and takes me to the article page - I do not see an open ticket - try emailing tickets[at]indiegamestand[dot]uservoice[dot]com if you are having problems with uservoice's website. Be sure to include payment method, amount paid, transaction id and reason for refund.
