Looks like Paypal should have an answer by 3PM EST. In the meantime, I ask that everyone is patient and waits to see if this all clears up itself. Or you can use Amazon or Google of course.

Looks like the Paypal issue is resolved:

"We have implemented a fix and IPNs for transactions processed after Jan 28, 10:47 AM PST (Jan 28, 6:47 PM GMT) are being sent now. We are expecting IPNs for new transactions to start being delivered in near real-time within the next hour. We are also estimating that missing IPNs for transactions processed between Jan 27, 11:04 PM PST (Jan 28, 7:04 AM GMT) and Jan 28, 10:47 AM PST (Jan 28, 6:47 PM GMT) will be delivered within the next 24 hours."

No, its appears to have only English and German subtitles.

Hi everyone! Katie from Phoenix Online here. Thanks for the great response on Cognition, and the support over on Greenlight! This has been awesome to watch. Reminds me of hitting refresh every five seconds when we did our Kickstarter. :) (Except now it updates live, w00t! My F5 key is thankful.)


Just Episode 1 that continues to be on sale here, but Episode 2 IS coming out tomorrow!

Also a huge shout-out and thank you to IGS's support team for handling things when PayPal went out on them yesterday. You guys rock!

I can confirm that there is now a problem with Amazon payments. Should I wait or also send a support ticket?

Maybe I screwed up, but while I have a Windows/Mac version available, I don't see the comic or the soundtrack.

Yeah, buyers of the new Groupees bundle who used Amazon Payments are being screwed around too.

Everyone's payment systems seem to be have problems, yesterday PayPal, today Amazon.

Id encourage anyone who has a problem to submit a support ticket with:

Transaction #
Amount Paid
Date/Time

It is easier to handle in there.

go to SUPPORT at the top of the main page and submit a ticket with a screenshot of your receipt.

Hi Katie! Yesterday I sent an email to your Info address and I haven't received an answer yet, so I thought I could try via this forum.

I'm a Linux user and I saw on Greenlight that you are planning on porting Cognition to Linux once you upgrade to Unity4. From what I've seen of it your game looks pretty awesome, and I'd love to play it. So, if I get a copy here at IGS, will you upload the Linux version to my IGS wallet once it's completed?
