I'm afraid you can't as far as I know buy it on IGS. However you can buy it on the MagicalTimeBean official website for 4.99$ with a DRM free Windows version and fully support the devs, it's also available on Desura.

So we get this question a lot and I can tell you that we do not plan to re-feature or re-spotlight games. That being said, all of our hard work on better displaying the bonus content and improving the way bonus games are added to deals will mean that we could spotlight one of MagicalTimeBean's other games and provide Escape Goat as a BTA bonus.
