Questions about "Go for the Crown"

I have several questions about this feature.
1) Is it possible to increase amount paid for games to get in Top 5 list? In example if #5 is 15$ contribution and i paid initially 1$ can i pay, like 14.01$ and get to #5? Or i have made another purchase for 15.01$? Can this all start race between customers constantly increasing their amount like eBay bidding?

BTW, on purchase page "Crown" button suggest that you need to pay more then #1 to get in high score.

2) Shipping. I see no word about it.
Is international (non USA) shipping possible?
List of allowed countries?
Cost for shipping?
Shipping method - priority, express? tracking possible?
How soon shipping will be made?
Shipping address taken from payment provider or how?

1. It is not possible to increase your purchase - you would have to make a new purchase at $15.01 to be in the top 5. The crown marker is the top spot since you should pay your maximum if you want this prize.

2. There is no charge for shipping as of right now. We will contact the top contributors after a sale ends directly about shirt size/ shipping address etc.

Oh, too bad for the increasing price. Sometimes I try a game and then find it amazing and want to buy the bonus too. But I understand your position as for the t-shirts.
