Let us hope the successor lives up to it's lineage.
On a side note they are asking $60 for pre-order and that is unacceptable for me, as a pc gamer i expect $50. So, I will refrain from ordering early on principle (regardless of the factions and other junk that should be free for everyone buying). I hate what parts of gaming has degraded to over the ages.
Indies are somewhat untainted, but it seems that many are starting to suffer a different fate by expecting crowdfunding in order to build their games. Even when the end products sometimes end up looking like 24 hour gamejam outputs. I hope that the industry is able to do some weeding and get rid of the prototype (and especially alpha) "we'll only finish our product if you give us lots of gold" titles.
