I tend to bounce around a lot playing, and will have many games on the go at once. My big title game on the go at the moment is Max Payne 3. Not as good as 2, but its a great action movie style game, the closest we'll get to Die Hard, or Man on Fire in a game. Loving the story and the cutscenes, which might annoy people as there is a lot of cutscenes, but its not just running around shooting all the time, and I feel the pacing is bang on.

I recently grabbed Impire, the new Paradox/Cyanide game. Its a decent strategy game, and am liking it a lot. You are in charge of a dungeon, and you place rooms to let you spawn in units, that you make into a squad and you go off and do the objectives. Its NOT like Dungeon Keeper at all, its more Dawn of War and I think its ok at it.

I am also playing through The Book of Unwritten Tales, I always like to have a point and click story game on the go. Its quite good, its quirky as all good German point and click games are :D I am not that far into it, the story is ok, the characters are quite good, and I think I have smiled the whole time I've been playing. I have Resonance and The Walking Dead to one side for when I finish it.

I also pop into Air Buccaneers and Chivalry when I want some multiplayer carnage. Air Buccaneers is a great game, you are blimps with cannons and you are trying to kill the other people, its hard to master, but when it all goes well its great. One player will steer the blimp while everyone else mans cannons, or stops boarders. In Chivalry, its all out melee mayhem. Loving my massive battleaxe and chopping peoples arms off!

So watcha playing?

Being a YouTube content producer, a lot of my time spent gaming playign whatever game I decide to make a video of. Whenever I do get some time to play (mainly on weekends), I've bene playing a lot of Binding of Isaac. It's a remarkably challenging Rogue-like twin-stick shooter with a really cool art-style. It's quick to pick up and easy to learn, but ruthlessly difficult to master.

I've been playing Chivalry: Medieval Warfare pretty consistently since the Winter sale, when it was on sale for soemthing like $12. It's another game that's quite difficult, but one of the most fun multiplayer experiences I've had in a while. It really is truly a skill-based multiplayer game. It's bloody, hard, and a helluva lot of fun.

I finally got around to finishing Hitman Absolution late last week, despite having it since launch. I know a lot of people critique it for not being the sandbox game like previous games, but it's still a very solid title nonetheless.

And finally, I've been playing the ever-loving sheeyat out of Far Cry 3 I can't get over how good this game is. It's a remarkably fun, remarkably beautiful open-world fps with lots of replayability.

A lot of games :D

Recently mostly McDroid and Rawbots. I have spent a lot of time with both Batmans in Arkham as well.

I have played some not old AAA games too, like Aliens: Colonial Marines, Far Cry 3, Hitman: Absolution, Darksiders 2, Skyrim last month. I tend to get bored easily with most of the AAA games recently though :(
I liked X-Com and Skyrim but got dissapointed a little bit at the same time with them.

I keep getting back to Fallout 2 (3 as well :)), same for the ES: Morrowind.

Still love Jagged Alliance 2 but i have played it for too long already to install it again :)
Other then this most of the IGS featured and bundled games of course ;)

A pity i have to do all this in as little time as life and work allows me to. The day and night should have at least 30 hours!

I just picked up XCOM:Enemy Unkown. So, I will most likely be playing that for awhile (I'm told it is addictive). Also, I am actively playing Batman:Arkham Asylum and McDROID (still).

Currently playing Anodyne and Antichamber off and on a bit as well. I kind of stopped with Antichamber, only because I'm currently lost and have no clue what to do next...

I'm also trying desperately to get decent at Blood Bowl: Choas edition. I don't know how many of you guys watch The Game Station or any of it's members on Youtube, but they are running a Blood Bowl tournament which has been a very entertaining, and lengthy, watch. Really got me wanting to try it, so I went ahead and bought it. It's described as a combination of American Football with Warhammer 40k. Having lots of fun with that, I'm still pretty terrible though.

I've watch some of it. I have to agree with Jesse about the game! Its too random at times. I know if you learn it, it will all make sense, but even then. I played some with my High Elves, and was enjoying it, until a kick off where the opposing fans attacked all my players, and then my thrower fumbled the pick up. I lost 3 players to death, 2 to serious injury and it was my first game of a single player cup. I have never rage quit so much as I have in blood bowl. That said, I have had lots of fun with it.

I have played a multiplayer tournament in it, and it was zero fun for the most part. Some people play way too serious and take too long, its a game at the end of the day that meant to be fun.

Well if you're ever interested in playing an absolute newb I'm up for it, granted it can't be the next few days because I'm working... Also, I don't know if you're one of them, but I've noticed a few people here play Frozen Synapse. I just recently started the single player campaign over again, so if anyone is up for playing that again, could be fun to play some multiplayer again.

I used to be really big into Frozen Synapse. In fact, I co-hosted a tournament over at gaming.stackexchange.com (now 'Arqade'), although the community lost interest and it was never completed. I'm probably up for a game or two if you like sometime. I'm a bit busy this week, but I'll send you a message if I get a chance, and if you're interested.

Also, I haven't played or watched this 'Blood Bowl' game you're talking about, but your description of it immediately made me think of Metal Drift. Fantastic game that I can only describe as handball in hovertanks. I recommend it.
Sometimes I just sits and thinks, and sometimes I just sits.

I just finished up Skulls of the Shogun. I got sucked into Halo 4 again with the new maps/modes that came out this week too.

I am finished with Max, well its been ages since I finished it, I just forgot to update the thread here. Its a good game, and the finale is quite frantic and excellent.

Now I am playing Far Cry 3, I think just over half way through, the story got very odd for a bit. Its a very good shooter, BUT I don't understand the need for some of the unlock things. I have no desire to run around and search for 3 different collectables. They unlock new weapons, but the one I use now is perfect.

I have just started playing The Banner Saga:Factions - I never really have time for matches online anymore so was put off for a while, but I am starting to hop in every now and again now. Its a good TBS battle arena with a great graphic style.
