99 Levels to Hell is a platform shooter with lots of guns, upgrades, magic, traps and monsters to kill. 99 Levels to Hell is a rogue-like-like, which means surviving is key and every time you play you get a new set of levels to play. When you complete 10 levels, the 10th being a boss-fight you unlock a door to the next dungeon.

Hidden in the darkness of the dungeons are shops, casinos and elevators. And if you search the dungeons carefully, you might find secret rooms that unlock more of the story, and free new adventurers that you can play as in your next game. Let this great combination of a platformer and a roguelike RPG suck you into its multi-leveled randomly-generated dungeon. You won't be back for hours!

GOG CODES EXPIRE on the 1st of December.

Does ANYONE know where to see info on the items in game? I played 4 hours of this today on a stream and had a blast but some of the use items I picked up several times and could not figure out what the hell they do still XD and there's no wiki on the items!

The entire game is quite, quite like a simpler version of Spelunky. Just as in Spelunky, you have ghosts chase you after the clock runs down.

Spelunky's is 5mins but this one I'm not sure. I'd need to have it run out once but especially earlier on it's a non-challenge to be finished well before then (unlike Spelunky which is more random in levels).

This is one of those games that made the Steam keys available through Desura. So, you'd redeem your Desura key and grab the Steam key from http://www.desura.com/collection
