To tell truth, i doubt they will go on release unlocked version just for..khm...IGS.
There was samples in history then some developers removed DRM for bundles (not speaking of HIB, Tiny Bang Story on Groupees in example), but these guys seems to be happy with no going outside of Steam (and Chrome)
